Danish Cucumber Salad

Yield: 10 servings



Cut cucumbers into paper thin slices. Toss with salt. Marinate in salt at room temperature for 1 hour. Drain liquid from cucumber;
add remaining ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate for 3 hours to blend flavors.
